Very sorry to hear about your Mom but it brought back so many memories of the times we shared in Kinsmen. I am sure heaven will be hopping with Mom and Dad together and Dad at the piano.  Remember the goodtimes.

Linda was a special honorary member of my family through my mother. I don't think I can remember a year when I didn't look forward to her annual visit. We kept in touch through phone calls, mostly me calling her whenever I made a recipe out of the cook books she's brought me over the years. 

Linda would listen to me like a mother...I loved that she always spoke to me without pretense or condition, always genuine. Linda leaves me and my family with years of memories....I can honestly say that I will think of her so often and miss her in our lives. 

My entire family is so sorry for the loss of your mom. I hope the service today brings you some peace in celebrating her life. She will be greatly missed.

My deepest sympathy to Linda's family. It was my good fortune to have met Linda  in the late 80's - from there on  she became a fast friend and colleague; many times we traveled together for our job and we would listen to very loud old time rock and roll, sing badly and laugh about nothing in particular.  Linda's laughter would always be heard long before she entered a room and at meetings she made sure the candy dishes were full.  Thoughtful, kind, loving and generous beyond belief is how I have always viewed my friend.  She will be missed by many but never forgotten.

Joyful tomfoolery? Oh, yeah!!! I never met anyone as stubborn as you (this is a good thing), or who could have as much good honest fun as you. Linda, you brought us so many gifts, including your deep empathy and your desire that everyone be treated with dignity and respect. You truly made everyone feel important. Everyone. Thank you so much for being a part of my life.

She took great pride in her work and all the clients loved her and were praying for her. It will not be the same without her, she will be sadly missed.

My heart will be with you and with the amazing extended Young family on Thursday evening.  May you all be comforted by the outpouring of love and respect from the legion of those whose lives have been touched by your Mom, myself among them. Her kindness, compassion and wisdom impacted so many. Through good times and bad, Linda has been my colleague, irrepressible friend, outrageous alter-ego and sister-under-the-skin.  I am so grateful for your generosity in allowing me to share her final days with the family.  Every mid-August for nearly twenty years, your Mom would burst through my front door yelling "Honey, I'm home!"  This will be my most enduring memory of her.  It gives me great peace to imagine a radiant Linda calling these words out joyfully to your Dad.

Randy and I will not be attending your mom's service but wanted to let you know how very sad we were to hear the news of your mom's passing.
Your mom and dad were dear friends and we have wonderful memories that we will cherish always. We often laugh and talk about our trips we took together.
I will never forget Linda's excitement the day Todd was born, she dearly loved all her grandchildren! Jamie I am so happy that you returned home so you were able to share your little guys with mom.

Take comfort in knowing that now you have two special guardian angel's to watch over all of the Al and Linda family.

For the past two years, I had the pleasure of calling Linda my co-worker. She was a woman full of conviction, heart, and compassion and she will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences go out to the family.
