I agree with my brother, Ralph, that Peter was always open to having a good time, and that no time was like the present. I spent many nights on his Trailer's couch. Some more of Peter's other accomplishments included impeaching the president of the student council at CNC and organizing a beer and pizza night, and making an appearance on CKPG TV as he skied down the sand banks off the Prince George Pulpmill Road (yes, it was in the summer and he walked up prior to skiing down each time).
Peter,you will be sadly missed, but always remembered.

Peter, a good man always willing to lend a helping hand whenever and to who ever required. His straight forward honest outlook on life is one thing I will remember most about him.

Peter, was always a man who looked out for others & a good friend to his coworkers . Peter was an amazing worker, who was always thinking of the best way to overcome any project. Peter was a man of his word & I truly appreciated his honesty.

A very pleasant man, who I am sad to hear has left us. Always enjoyed talking to him.

I first met Petey when he beat the computer at 3 dimensional Tic Tac Toe at the CNC open night. It would take volumes to tell of Petey's many accomplishments but I will say a few. Camping at Bear Lake was always an excuse to drink too many beer and sit around the fire until the park wardens would tall us to shut it down. I still have pictures. Annual trips to the Williams Lake Stampede where the police would tell us to shut it down. Petey drove a  car he referred to as his Bently and to this day I still don't know how it survived. I played hockey, went hiking, scuba diving, river racing in wet suits, canoeing playing football on the ice at Crystal Lake just to name  a few things we enjoyed doing and another excuse to have a beer. On our Hawwaian  vacation it would take a novel to tell unto itself.
 Petey was my best friend and the best man my wedding. Petey always cared for everyone around him. It wouldn't be unusual for Petey to take in a stranger who needed a bed for a night or two. Petey would always talk about his brothers Kenny and David who went into the sheet metal business. Petey would check on his brother Morris and his cat who ate peanut butter. Petey became known as uncle Petey to my daughters Kirsten and Robyn as he could always make them laugh and stay up later than their bedtime. Of course they knew to take him a cold one when he visited.
  Petey's infectious sense of humour, laugh, smile and caring for everyone around him will be missed. I am not sure where you are but make sure you save me a stump and a cold one! Miss you.
