CHARLIE, Phillip Dennis passed away in UHNBC on October 17, 2011 at the age of 67 years. A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2011 from 6:00-10:00 pm at Assman's funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Saturday in the Gymnasium in Tsay Keh Dene.
