Our mom Sheilla Martinson passed away peacefully on September 13, 2025 after a short battle with cancer. Over these past five months she was brave through it all. She was a true introvert and a private person so she did not want a service or any fuss.
She was always quietly proud of her family. Her passion was cooking and trying new recipes or ingredients. She showed her love by cooking with you or for you and some of the family favourite dishes she made were borscht, cabbage rolls, pasties and pierogies. She also loved to travel and in recent years was always excited for her annual trip to Costa Rica. She will be missed by us all.
