OBITUARY
Sonny Aurele Lafreniere
29 December, 1972 – 8 January, 2024
Sonny Aurèle Lafrenière, formerly of Rouyn-Noranda, QC, passed away on January 8, 2024 at the age of 51 in Prince George, BC.
Sonny spent his childhood in Rouyn-Noranda, QC. At the age of eighteen he joined the 22nd Regiment army in Val Cartier. He loved riding all over the country on his Harley-Davidson to visit lifelong friends and family. Drilling was one of his passions as well.
He is survived by his partner Jennifer Ulch, his daughters Mégan and Zoé, his father Michel, his brother Yannick, aunts, uncles and many cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by his mother Louise Bastien.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Prince George on Saturday, February 17, 2024 followed by another one in Rouyn-Noranda, Qc in March.
