Wayne Charles Hendrickson

Born in New Westminster, British Columbia, to Chester and Kathryn Hendrickson, Wayne grew up in Delta and made his home in Prince George in recent years.

Wayne found happiness in life's simple pleasures—casting a fishing line, spending time outdoors, capturing moments through his camera lens, and, most importantly, being surrounded by his family. He had a kind heart, a gentle spirit, and a quiet way of making those around him feel welcome. His greatest joy was being "Grandpa," and the time he spent with his grandchildren was truly special to him.

Wayne leaves behind his daughters, Heather, Shawna, and Cinthia (Tim); his cherished grandchildren, Adonis, Malachi, Keayna, Kaydence, Nevaeh, and Zoey; and his siblings, Glenn, Dan, Susan (Rob), and Karen. He was predeceased by his parents, Chester and Kathryn, and his brother-in-law, Brent.

A service will be held on Monday, July 6, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Assman's Funeral Chapel in Prince George.

Wayne's kindness, love, and quiet presence will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
