William Christopher Sloan

Chris was born in Kelowna on August 16, 1959. He spent his life there until he moved to New Brunswick in the 1980’s and began his career of long-haul truck driving. He moved back to BC in the 1990’s and continued his career in truck driving but this time in logging. He worked for a few companies here in Prince George, most recently Malla Trucking. He was a “mountain” man (his words).

He is survived by his wife Penny, step-daughter Sharon, step-grandson Austin of Vancouver, son Jared of Red Deer, AB and daughter Kiera of New Brunswick. Also survived by mother Doreen of Kelowna, sisters Tina, Sharon, Veronica and brother Daryl and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Pre-deceased by father, William.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
