Billy E. Archie

Born December, 11, 1938, in Newtown, WV, he was raised by the late William Oscar Quillin and Pernie Edna Quillin. He was a mechanic at the bus garage for the West Virginia Board of Education up until retirement. He was also a “born again” Christian of the Baptist faith.

Billy will be lovingly remembered by his sister Juanita F. Ratliff, niece Robin Ann Turner and nephew Wayne D. Lilly.

Funeral services for Billy will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel, 450 Courthouse Rd., Princeton, WV at 1:00 p.m. with Dr. David Dockery officiating.
