

Jean G. Hall, 83, of Princeton, WV went home to be with her Lord and Savior and was reunited with the love of her life; her husband of 59 years, Leon.
She passed away unexpectedly on November 12th, 2015 at Roanoke Memorial hospital in Roanoke, VA.
Jean was born April 18th, 1932 to the late Ed and Helen Gibson in Rocky Gap, VA.
Jean was a graduate of Rocky Gap high school and went on to graduate Little French Beauty Academy to work as cosmetologist. She then spent most of her life working as a secretary at the Mercer County School board where she retired.
Jean was a devote Christian and was a member of Ceres Baptist Church in Princeton, WV.
In her earlier years, she enjoyed playing golf with her husband, daughter and grandchildren. She also loved gardening. Her biggest joy in life was spending time with her family.
Jean was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed by anyone who ever knew her.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Gibson and Bobby Gibson, both of Rocky Gap, VA.
Jean will be sadly missed by: Daughters - Debbie Dixon and husband Mike of Springville, VA; Kathy Olinger of Mt. Pleasant, SC; Grandchildren – Chris Dixon and wife Lori of Vinton, VA; Heather Olinger of Mt. Pleasant, SC; Matthew Dixon and wife Melissa of Charlotte, NC; Jessica Harris and husband Shane of North Tazewell, VA; Great Grandchildren – Elizabeth Dixon, Heidi Dixon, Michael Dixon & Kelly Dixon of Vinton VA; Brooklynn Harris & Noah Harris of North Tazewell, VA; Emma Dixon & Avery Dixon of Charlotte, NC; Sister – Jewel Spence of Rocky Gap; Brother – Donald Gibson of Rocky Gap, VA; And several nieces, nephews and various family members that were precious to Jean.
Friends may visit from 5-7pm on Sunday November 15th, 2015 at Roselawn Funeral Home.
A funeral to celebrate the life of Jean Hall will be held at 11:00am on Monday November 16th, at Roselawn Funeral chapel with Rev. James Mooney officiating.
Graveside service to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Bluefield, VA with Chris Dixon, Matthew Dixon, Mike Dixon, Shane Harris, Tim Carroll and Casey Stowers serving as pallbearers.
