

Anna A. Casalino, 82, of North Providence, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center. She was the loving wife of the late Marino Casalino. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late John and Maria (DiSano) Del Santo. Anna was a devoted and proud housewife. She loved to cook, accommodate everyone and enjoyed the company of family and friends. Anna was the happiest feeding everyone, even at the nursing home. She always had plenty of treats and goodies. She leaves her children, Karen DeSimone, David Casalino, and his wife, Lynne, Robert Casalino, and his wife, Yvonne, James Casalino, and his wife, Norma, Joseph Casalino, and his wife, Denise, Russell Casalino, and his husband, Al Saldarriaga, and Kerri Carpenter, and her husband, Daniel; a sister, Dolores Fonseca; and her ten beloved grandchildren, Anthony, Isaiah, Ryan, Grace, Sean, Alyssa, Dante, Isabella, and Christopher. She was the sister of the late Anthony, John, Carmino, Aldrich, Michael, Joseph and William DelSanto, Celia Mantia, Angelina Sousa, Clementina Marino, Vera Conti, Jeannette Santaniello, Filomena DelSanto, Carmella DelSanto, and Evelyn Baldino. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Anna’s family on Friday morning, September 18, 2015, from 8:30 - 10:30 am, with a funeral service beginning at 10:30 am, in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Interment will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
