Cranston Anna (Markarian) Farrell, 95, of Scituate Vista Drive, died Tuesday at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Albert "Swede" Farrell. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late David and Mary (Halgatian) Markarian. Mrs. Farrell was a waitress for several catering companies and restaurants for many years before retiring. She leaves a stepdaughter, Gwendolyn Fortier; two sisters, Josephine D. Imondi and Barbara Hebert; and several nieces and nephews. She was a sister of the late Markar and Harry Markarian, Lucy Nalbandian, Margaret Artun, Sarah Arpin and Roxie Pilibosian. The funeral will be held Saturday, at 8:00 am, from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 am in Saint Mark Church, Garden City, Cranston. Burial will be in Saint Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
