Barbara has been gone several months, and I am just now learning of her death. She was a great storyteller who gave me lots of good tales for my lighthouse books. I remember several wonderful lighthouse sightseeing trips with Barbara, one in particular to see Block Island Southeast Lighthouse being moved back from the edge of the cliff. I have a fun picture of Barbara that day wearing a hardhat.

We just found out last night that sweet Barbara passed away.  We are sorry we could not pay our last respects.  We are very sorry for your loss.
