Cranston: Plouff, Barbara V. (ZANDER), 68, of Curtis St. died Saturday at RI Hospital. She was the wife of the late Louis W. Plouff.Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late William and Marion R. (Boyle) Zander, Jr. Mrs. Plouff worked at Citizens Bank, Adjustments Department for the past 2 years and previously as a bookkeeper for William's Five and Ten in North Smithfield for 30 years.She leaves her children, Steven L. Plouff, Scott A. Plouff, Susan A. Oakes and Sharon A. Cavanaugh, all of Cranston, two brothers, Charles E. Zander of North Smithfield and Richard E. Zander of West Warwick and five grandchildren. She was the sister of the late William E. Zander.Funeral services will be Thursday at 9:30am in the Russell J. Boyle&Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Rd. Warwick. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Visting hours, Wednesday, 4-8pm.
