Candace "Candy" Naser

Candace " Candy " Naser, age 78, of Providence, Rhode Island passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 11, 2024 in RI Hospital. Born in Taunton, MA she was the daughter of the late Charles R. Veign, Hilda V. ( Morris ) Mannolini and step daughter of the late Anthony Mannolini.

Candy was a medical biller for various companies and Doctor's offices throughout her career. Some of Candy's favorite things were arts and crafts and watching mystery shows. She loved being a mother, grandmother and great grandmother as well as a friend to all she knew.

She is survived by her daughter Destiny J. Yeomans and her husband Brian of East Long Meadow, MA, her beloved grandchildren, Stacy Marie Elwell and her husband Michael Lovelace , Earl Taylor Washington and Liz Maxine Naser. She also leaves her adoring great grandchildren, Jordon Anthony Washington, Candiley Bella Marie Washington, Roger Lucas Elwell, Parker Anthony Lovelace, Ryleigh Paige Lovelace, Enzo Jeffery Washington and Nya Marie Benjamin. Candy leaves many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was mother of the late Venus Marie Naser.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 19, 2024 from 9:00-10:00 am in the Russell J. Boyle and Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Her Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am in Blessed Sacrament Church ,179 Academy Avenue, Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
