Charles F. Tartaglia

Born in Providence, Charles was the son of the late Frank and Hazel (Adams) Tartaglia.

He was the owner and operator of C. Tartaglia & Sons for many years before his retirement.

Charles was the loving father of Charles F. Tartaglia Jr., Robert Tartaglia, Karen Tartaglia and Carolyn Tartaglia; beloved “Pa” of Tina Tartaglia, Alecia Tartaglia, Jessica Tartaglia, David Tartaglia, Hollie Chapman, the late Jamie Goodwin, the late Charles Tartaglia III; cherished great-grandfather of 8 and adored great-great-grandfather of 4.

He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by him. Though he may be gone, his stories, lessons, and love will live on forever in our hearts. We ask that you remember him not for the way his life ended, but for the way he lived his life, and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

His visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025, 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 12:30 p.m. in the Romano Funeral Home, 627 Union Avenue, Providence.
