

Born in Brockton Massachusetts she was the daughter of David Lynch and Janina (Mackiewicz) Lynch.
Christina spent her early life in Massachusetts. She met her husband when they were both students at Boston College, where she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in mathematics. She was a certified math teacher and taught in various communities including Providence, Warwick and Exeter. Passionate about her faith, she was a regular communicant of Saint Pius V church. She volunteered as a tutor and as an assistant at local schools. In her spare time, she loved to spend time with her family and was a lover of Rhode Island’s shoreline.
In addition to her husband Dan, she leaves two children, Thomas and Bridget, a sister, Elizabeth (Lynch) Quirk, a number of nieces and nephews whom she loved like they were her own children, and brothers and sisters in law whom she loved like they were her siblings from birth.
Christina’s funeral will begin on Tuesday, January 18 at 8:45 AM from the Russell J Boyle and Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith St., Providence. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at Saint Pius V Church, 240 Eaton St., Providence. Burial will follow in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, January 17, 2022 from 4 to 8 PM. Masks are required.
