

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Federico and Angelina (Desiderato) DiCicco.
Edith was a Quality Control Supervisor for A.T. Cross for over 20 years before retiring. She was a member of the Ladies Guild at St. Ann’s Parish, where she was an active parishioner for over 50 years. Edith was also a member of the Holy Rosary Society and she loved to play bocce and cards with friends at the Italian American Club and enjoyed traveling extensively with her husband George.
Edith loved life and her door was always open to her family and friends. Her love for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren was unconditional.
She was the loving mother of Cheryl A. Barboza, Robin A. Bartone and her late husband Frank and Dawn M. Morrell and grandmother of Giovanna, Kyle and Logan and great grandmother of Olivia and Cristiano. She was also the sister of the late Fred DiCicco, Maria Abenante, Fanny Supino and Corinne DeMarco.
Her visitation and funeral will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am in the PONTARELLI-MARINO FUNERAL HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Ann Church, 280 Hawkins Street, Providence. Burial to follow in St. Francis Cemetery.
