Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Catarina (Nazzaro) Scarduzio.
Elvera was the loving mother of Duane E. Rossi, Deborah A. Gallante and the late David R. Rossi; cherished grandmother of Stephanie Perlini, Danielle Feole and Ashley Gallante and great grandmother of R.J., Madisyn and preciously awaiting Lucas.
Her funeral services and burial will be private.
