Everett Benoit Sr.

Born in Providence, July 20, 1917 to Euclid and Cordelia (Auger) Benoit he was married to Elizabeth (King) Benoit for 72 wonderful years.

Beloved father of Denise Benoit of Jamestown, Everett J. Benoit, Jr. of Smithfield and Robert J. Benoit and his wife Marie of Harmony; grandfather of 3 and great grandfather of 3 and brother of Lillian Curtin.

Mr. Benoit was employed by Brown and Sharpe. He was a Veteran of WW II, a Smithfield Little League Team Manager for many years and a member of St. Michael’s Church Holy Name Society.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, 4-7 p.m. with a funeral on Wednesday at 10 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. in St. Edward Church, 997 Branch Avenue, Providence, burial, with Military Honors, to follow in the R.I. Veteran’s Cemetery, Exeter.
