James M. Emma Sr., 88, passed away January 26, 2016. Son of the late Louis and Bertha (Lemire) Emma; father of James M. Emma Jr. and his wife Daria, David M. Emma and Janice B. Emma-Alessi and her husband Joseph F. Alessi, MD; brother of Marion Serafini and the late Ruth Mancini, Louis A. Emma Jr. and Virginia Van Der Steeg; grandfather of 3.
Mr. Emma enjoyed music and ball room dancing and was a self-employed restoration and painting contractor.
Visitation Saturday 12-1 p.m. followed by a service at 1 p.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private. Please omit flowers.
