North Kingstown: Grennan, James M., 56, of Glenwood Drive passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence.He was the beloved father of Wendy Grennan; beloved son of Helen L. (Murphy) Grennan and the late Joseph J. Grennan, Sr.; and brother of Joseph J. Grennan, Jr. and William P. Grennan.James was a policeman for the Providence Police Department, serving for 32 years. He was a member of the Providence Lodge No.3 FOP, the Providence Police Association; and the Retired Police and Fire Association.His funeral will held on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 8:30 am from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, Warwick. Mass ofChristian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am in St. Francis de Sales Church, 381 School St. North Kingstown. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, 5-8 pm
