

Janice L. (Adamo) DiGiovangiacomo, 77, a lifelong resident of Moorefield Street in Providence, passed away on January 2, 2025 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the devoted wife of Giacomo DiGiovangiacomo for 54 years.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of two wonderful parents. The late Sabatino and Mary (Doddio) Adamo.
Janice was in the jewelry industry for many years before her retirement. She was a faithful Catholic who prayed the Rosary daily. She enjoyed a hot cup of coffee, a clean house, word search puzzles and baking. You could always find her at the Italian feasts, listening to traditional Italian music. Those who knew Janice enjoyed her company and her colorful stories. When with her, you always had a laugh.
She was the loving mother of Kevin DiGiovangiacomo and Maria Corriveau and her husband, Kevin Corriveau. Janice was the Cherished Grandmother of Gavin Corriveau and Nicholas DiGiovangiacomo who she loved and adored.

Her Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 4:00-7:00 pm in the Romano Funeral Home, 627 Union Avenue, Providence. Funeral Wednesday January 8, 2025 8:30am in the Romano Funeral Home, with a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 10:00 am in St. Bartholomew Church, 297 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence.
