Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Randy was the son of Jeffrey Carlson and Janet Campagna and stepson of Donna Carlson and Anthony Campagna. Randy is also survived by a brother Scott Carlson and his wife Judy, a sister, Jody Carlson, a stepbrother Michael Campagna and his wife Kimberly and a stepsister, Allyson Campagna.
A memorial service will be held in the spring.
