John Joseph Brennan

John J. Brennan, 48, of Everett, Massachusetts, and formerly of Providence, died unexpectedly Saturday, March 29, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Natassha M. (Whiting) Brennan.Born in Providence, he was a son of John B. and Joyce E. (Smith) Brennan of North Providence.In addition to his wife and parents, he leaves a daughter, Briell Brennan; a step daughter, Adrianna (Noyes) Solis; a sister, Mary E. Jannetti; two nephews, Daniel and Brian; and a niece, Lauren. John was a stagehand for the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Local 11, in Boston, for the past ten years. He was a 1983 graduate of LaSalle Academy and a 1987 graduate of Providence College. Visiting hours will be held Friday evening, 5 – 7 pm, in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. A Concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday morning, at 10:00 am, in Saint Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Providence, to which relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Assumption Parish Food Ministry, 791 Potters Avenue, Providence, RI 02907 in John’s memory will be appreciated.
