Jordin Tayla-Rose McGinn

Jordin Tayla-Rose McGinn, age 22, Coventry and formerly of Scituate passed away suddenly on March 24, 2023 in Kent Hospital. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Jason and Jo-Ann (Saucier) McGinn and the beloved sister of Paige Kaitlyn McGinn. Jordin was also the cherished fiancée of Kyle Bettencourt whom she loved and adored unconditionally and was also the granddaughter of Jo-Ann Saucier, Vera Smaldone, Linda McGinn, Gary Saucier and the late John McGinn and great granddaughter of the late Vincent and Josephine Piccoli, Anthony and Rose Marrocco and Norman Saucier. She was also a niece to several aunts and uncles and cousin to many.

Jordin was employed by the Seasons Marketplace in Johnston. She was a graduate of Scituate High School with a 3.9 GPA and was inducted into the National Honor Society. Jordin loved sports and played on the Scituate High School Unified Volleyball Team and was captain of the Unified Basketball Team.

She will be fondly remembered for her witty personality, kind and fun spirit and infectious laugh and smile. She was a bright light to all who know her and had the most loving nature.

Memorial visitation for Jordin will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a private service in the funeral home.
