Providence: Spinelli, Joshua A., 29, of East Street died Saturday at Rhode Island Hospital. Joshua was born in Staunton, Va, the son of Boyce and Christine (Caldwell) Spinelli of Providence. He was the fiance of Jessica Thomas, father of Nikkia Spinelli, brother of Lucas Spinelli, Danielle Spinelli, Leanne Renshaw and Joelle Spinelli, grandson of Rosemary Caldwell. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10:00am in St. Joseph Church, Hope St. Providence. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be in Swan Point Cemetery. Visiting hours, Wednesday from 4-7pm in the Russell J.
