CoventryDahlin, Karen L., 70, of Mulhearn Drive, died Tuesday at the home of her daughter Christine, surrounded by her loving daughters and grandchildren.Born in Atlanta, Georgia, a daughter of the late Edward C. and Marie A. (Corrier) Lassister, she had lived in Coventry for many years. Mrs. Dahlin was a machine operator for the W.R. Cobb Manufacturing Company of Cranston for many years. She enjoyed reading, playing cards with family members, and doing puzzles. She leaves four daughters; Joanne A. Pereira of Providence, Debra L. Dahlin of Coventry, Christine E. Dahlin of Richmond, Pamela R. Macomber of Warwick, two sons;John A. Dahlin,Jr. and Kenneth V. Dahlin, both of Providence, thirteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Visiting hours will be held Friday, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road (Rt117) Warwick. Burial will be in the North Burial Ground, Providence.
