Born in Woonsocket, RI, she was the daughter of the late Ovila and Helen St. Germain.
Lucille was the mother of Phyllis Menasha and Jean Philip.
Her funeral with visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 am am in the Mt. Hope Community Baptist Church, 734 Hope Street, Providence followed by a service in the church at 10:00 am. Burial to follow will be private.
