Mary G Fitzpatrick

Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late William J. and Genevieve (Reilly) Hodge. She was a loving , devoted and caring wife, daughter, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, aunt and sister-in-law.

Mary was a graduate of Tolman High School and was employed by Pawtucket Mutual Insurance Company before retiring. An avid sports fan, she could always be found cheering on her grandchildren at their sporting events.

She is survived by her children: Edward J. Fitzpatrick of Taunton, Massachusetts; Arthur Fitzpatrick and Maria of Lincoln, Rhode Island; Scott J. Fitzpatrick and Tara of Danbury, Connecticut; Sean M. Fitzpatrick of Greenfield, Massachusetts and Kelly L. Fitzpatrick and Nathan of North Providence, Rhode Island.  Mary is also survived by her sisters, Genevieve White (late James) of North Providence, Patricia Bacon and Dave of Maine, Eileen Gray and Gary of Cumberland, her brothers William Hodge and Barbara of Wakefield, Thomas Hodge and Jeanne of Pawtucket, and John Hodge and Rosemarie of North Attleboro.

She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren and great granddaughter.

In addition, Mary leaves behind her beloved friend and partner in crime of many years, Barbara DiManna.

Mary's funeral will be held on  Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 8:45 am from the Russell J. Boyle and Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith St., Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am in Saint Augustine Church, Mt. Pleasant Ave, Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:00pm.
