Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Antonio and Grazia (Cassiere) Fiore; husband of the late Mary L. (Valentino) Fiore; and brother of the late John, Andrew and Vincent Fiore, Madeline Carrigan, Anna DeCecco and Mary Adalio. He also leaves several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Fiore had worked as a building contractor and was the owner and operator of Fiore Construction, which built numerous homes throughout Rhode Island. He also served in the U.S. Air Force during WWII and enjoyed cooking for friends and family, often choosing recipes from the hundreds that he himself created.
Visitation and funeral services will be held Tuesday, 9:30-10:30 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. in St. Ann Church, 280 Hawkins Street, Providence, followed by entombment in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
