Patricia I. Ranaldi

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Mary (Sisco) Votta.

Pat was employed by the former Old Stone Bank for many years before retiring. She enjoyed traveling, reading, spending days at Bonnet Shores and especially spending time with her family. Affectionately known as “Auntie Pat” to many, her home was always open to family, friends and neighbors.

She was the loving mother of Jo-Ann Newman and her husband William and Judy Ranaldi; cherished grandmother of Vanessa McDermot and her husband Anthony and Matthew Newman and his husband Joseph Rybak; great grandmother of Liliana and Macie and sister-in-law of Linda Votta. She was also the sister of the late Ernest Votta.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 8:45 AM from the PONTARELLI-MARINO FUNERAL HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Grace Church, 15 George Waterman Road, Johnston. Graveside burial to follow in St. Ann Cemetery. VISITATION MONDAY 4-7 PM.
