Ralph Mariano Jr., 82, passed away June 3, 2014. He was the beloved husband of Dolores (Amore) Mariano for 60 years. Born in Johnston, he was a son of the late Ralph Sr. and Josephine (DeFusco) Mariano. He was the father of Michele F. Mariano and her husband Keith Lee, Bernadette DiMaio and her husband Robert J., Ralph M. Mariano, Lisa I. Mariano-Rodrigues, and Joseph J. Mariano and his wife Delaine; grandfather of Robert and his wife Megan, Alexandra, Felicia, Nicholas, David and Caitlyn; and great-grandfather of Robert III. He was the brother of the late Charles and Frank Mariano, and Dorothy Nardolillo.
Visitation, Thursday 4-7 p.m. with a funeral on Friday at 9 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Agnes Church, 100 Chatham Street, Providence. Burial with military honors in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Please omit flowers.
