He was a brother to Alfred Millard, Robert Millard, Richard Millard, Grace Lyons, and the late Walter Millard, Percy “Tommy” Millard, Ronald Millard, Alton Millard, Barbara Massey, Elaine Cimino and Marjorie Tassoni
He had many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews who he loved dearly.
Stephen was a caring and loving man to all that was lucky enough to know him. He loved his family and looked forward to the times they where together.
He loved to work, be independent as well as enjoyed so many hobbies such as his arts & crafts, puzzles and dozens of antique model cars he assembled which he displayed with pride.
He would light up the room when he entered with his smile and happy attitude. He loved his family cook outs and holiday parties. He had very close friends and Caretakers that loved him as if he was an extension of their own families.
Stephen was a smart, intuitive, understanding, loving person inside and out. He would get sentimental over certain topics and thoughts of loved ones who passed. He would always extend a hug to the people he knew and loved.
From the ones that Stephen leaves behind, you will certainly be missed until we all rejoin one another again. May you Rest in Peace and God Bless your soul.
