He was the husband of Jean B. (DeCorpe) Rich for 55 years; father of Deborah Ann Warner and husband Richard Warner, M.D., and Kimberly Ann McCullough and husband Chad McCullough; grandfather of Alexandria Warner, Ryan and Meghynn McCullough, and the late Joshua Warner.
Thomas had been a chef at Twin Oaks for 53 years before retiring.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in St. Ann Church, 280 Hawkins Street, Providence. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Providence Animal Rescue League, 34 Elbow Street, Providence, RI 02903 or parl.org.
