Timothy M. Mathias, 41, of Hawkins Street, Providence, died Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Rhode Island Hospital, with his family by his side.Born in Warwick, he was a son of William J. and Doris M. (DeGass) Mathias.Timothy worked for AAMCO as a mechanic for many years.He loved motorcycles, working on cars, and most of all his family and friends.Timothy is survived by his companion of many years, Virginia Phillips,His children, Timothy J. Phillips, Providence, Joseph Phillips, Coventry, Michael Phillips, Providence, Melissa Phillips, Warwick, Jennifer Phillips, Providence, two brothers, William Mathias, Coventry, Dana Mathias, Smithfield, and a sister Lynda Mathias, Providence.Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence.Visiting hours Tuesday from 5:00-7:00 p.m.Burial will be private
