Born in Providence, she was the daughter of John and Lena (Fuoco) Gesualdi.
Toni was the mother of Kelsey and Kari Rosa; sister of John Gesualdi, Jr. and Michael Gesualdi and former wife of William Rosa.
A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, January 4, 2020 at 11:00 AM in St. Rocco Church, 927 Atwood Avenue, Johnston. Burial will be private.
