Providence: Cabral, Virginia, 83, of Jewett Street, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Avelino Semedo.Born in Santiago, Cape Verde, she was the daughter of the late Pedro and Firmina (Robalo) Cabral.Virginia is survived by her children, Jose Semedo, Joao Semedo, Jovino Semedo, Avelina Semedo, Ilda Semedo and Ana Semedo. She was the mother of the late Mario Semedo, Eugenio Semedo and Irene Montiero. She leaves 20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.The funeral will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 8 am fro the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home,, 331 Smith St. Providence. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 10 am inHoly Rosary Church, 21 Traverse Street, Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
