William M. Tallman

William M. Tallman, 93, of South Kingstown, formerly of North Providence, passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the South Kingstown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was the husband of the late R. Evelyn (Rondina) Tallman.Born in Providence, he was a son of the late William F. and Margaret (Murray) Tallman.He worked as a boiler inspector for the State of Rhode Island until he was 83 years old. Prior to that he worked as a steam fitter for the Providence School Department for thirty years.William leaves his two children, William T. Tallman, of West Greenwich and Jane E. Giblin, of Narragansett; and his loving granddaughter, Amie Neubauer-Carreira. He was the brother of the late Robert J. Tallman and Raymond F. Tallman. His funeral with visitation will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 8:45 am – 9:45 am, in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road (Rt. 117- Exit 10 off I-95) WARWICK. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am, in Saint Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Providence. Interment will follow in Saint Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
