

Andrew Joseph Diamond III (Joe), 69, passed away Sept. 6, 2016, at Parkview Medical Center. Preceded in death by his parents, Andy Diamond and Elizabeth Diamond (Musick) Survived by his wife, Linda Diamond; children, Marcus (Amber) Diamond of Keenesburg, CO and Kimberly (Steve) Degenhart of Pueblo; four grandchildren, Brianna, Bryce, Regan, and Isabella; his Aunt Rose Ledbetter; brother-in-law, Ronny (Norma)Urban; and numerous wonderful nieces, nephews, and friends. Joe was a retired barber. He retired 3 years ago due to health reasons. He barbered for 43 years. He was a Vietnam Veteran and was so proud of having served in the U.S. Army. Joe was a native of Pueblo. He enjoyed times with his family, riding his CanAm motorcycle and he loved being out at the race track. He worked at I-25 speedway for several years as assistant flagman, directing cars, selling tires, and working with the drivers. He wasn’t able to do this for the last 2 years and missed it so much. He also was a member of 145 Eagles, the American Legend, and Wesley Methodist Church. Viewing is from 6-8 P.M. on Tuesday, September 13, 2016, at George McCarthy Funeral Home.
