and Roberta Miller. He graduated from County High school. Billy was in the U.S Army from 1966-1969. He worked for CF&I as a millwright for 42 years. Billy was a member of the local union 2102. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gold panning. He will be remembered for being a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend. Preceded in death by parents; and daughter, Kim Miller. Survived by wife of 58 years, Kay Miller; children, Scott Miller and Mike Miller; grandchildren, Kyle Miller, Cody Miller, Sarah Miller, Michael Miller, Haley Miller, Garrett Miller, Katie Hartman, Wyatt Miller, Brittney Miller, and Chase Hartman; great-grandchildren, Coltyn Miller, Bryson Miller, Brody Miller, Xavier Miller, Jaycee Owens, Bristol
Miller, Sutton Laughlin, Waylon Miller, Gracie Miller, and Stetson Miller. Memorial Service will be at 11 AM on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Steel City Fellowship.
