Born July 8, 1930 in Chiles, Kansas to John Ercle Padgett and Vivian Marie Higgins Padgett.
Graduated 1948 from Centennial High School, Pueblo, Colorado. Worked for numerous companies; Biff Manufacturing Company, Brown Lumber Co., Anacostia Naval Air Station, Washington D.C., Pueblo Mountain Telephone, Doertenbach Furriers, Walker Electronics and Pueblo Board of Realtors.
She moved to Loveland, Colorado in 1994,enjoying retirement with family and volunteering her time within the community.
Surviving are her three children; Raymond R. Hall, Brian G. Hall and Vickie L. Hall Martin.
Seven Grandchildren; Landon Hall, Phillip Hall, Andrea Hall, Dawn Hall, Malin Hall, Ann Marie Ragulsky and Angie Ragulsky.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Imperial Memorial Gardens at 11:00am.
