Carol Ann was a woman of many talents and a gentle heart. She found great peace in her creative passions, particularly painting and sewing, and was known for the love she showered upon her cherished pets. Above all, Carol Ann was devoted to her family, who will miss her warmth and presence dearly.
She is reunited in peace with her parents, William Joseph and Dorothy Neva Chorak, as well as Barry Eugene Jansen and Robert Jon Jansen.
A visitation for Carol will be held at Imperial Funeral Home on January 26, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
The funeral service will follow at the same location at 11:00a.m. followed by a graveside committal at Imperial Memorial Gardens
