

Dale Eloise Bible, affectionately known as “Pink Grandma”, Mema, Nana Dale, age 90, passed away February 12, 2016. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Bible, 1991; son, Michael Charles Bible; great-grandson, Clayton Trent Hunter; husband, Carl Hardrick; parents, Damon and Mollie Crook; sisters, Mae Rue (Ardean) Daniel, Pauline (Elmer) Gartrell, Marie (Lee) Hamil, Chessie (Joe) Kenny. She is survived by her son, Dana (Donna) Bible; daughters, Ginger Bible, Cindy (Ricky) Gonzales, Pam (Walter) Sams, Charla (Dennis) Cook; grandchildren, Brandi (Dan), Billie (Doug), Brittini (Bill), Bobbie (David), Krissi (Jeff), Danny Ray, Jerri (Henry), Brianna, Jessica, Victoria, Danette, and Dennis, Jr. (Lisa); great-grandchildren, Malachi, Austin, Jennie, Hayden, Hailey, Morgan, Matthew, David Jr., Dulaney, Sophia, Ava, Zachary, Nichole, Anna Lee; great-great-grandchildren, Michael, Aubrey. Also survived by her sister, Ramona Weatherly; brother-in-law, Jimmy Bible; and sister-in-law, Julie Bible. Dale loved china painting and collecting antiques. She loved her Lord, and was a prayer warrior; but most importantly, she was a great mom and grandma. In honor of Dale, please wear something pink and/or a hat. Viewing will be 4-8 p.m., Tuesday, at T.G. McCarthy Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, February 17, 2016, at George McCarthy Historic Chapel on Broadway.
