Deanna Kristin Lewis born September 15, 2011 went to be with the Lord October 15, 2011. She is survived by her parents Amanda Hutchison and Tanner Lewis; brother and sister Jesse and Renea Hutchison; grandparents Gerri Casas, Slim Dickey and Claud Wadkins; great grandparents Clay and Karen Lewis and Mary Kisseberth; aunts and uncle Mary Anne and David Billings, Brittany Lewis and Kristen McReynolds; cousins Aiden, Daniel and Kollin. She is also survived by numerous great aunts, uncles and other family. Deanna was preceded in death by her sister Katelynn Lewis and her grandmother Deanna Wadkins.
