Diane C. Tafoya 66, born June 7, 1948 in Pueblo; passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side November 18, 2014. Surviving her is her loving husband of 46 years, David O. Tafoya; children, David O. Jr. (Sara) Tafoya and Darlene (James) Miller; grandchildren, David O. III, Adan, Victoria; grand-puppies, Hobbs and Lola, she is also survived by her parents, Leo and Stella Ulibarri; siblings, Gene (Joey), Bob (Shirley), Pat and Johnny; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Diane retired from the Pueblo Chieftain after 45 years of service. She loved to work in her garden, spending time with her husband camping in their RV, fishing, riding their motorcycle and she loved spending time with her grandkids and in her eyes, they could do no wrong. After a strong battle with cancer she is now at peace, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Diane touched many hearts with her kindness and all are welcome to come pay their respects to her. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1pm Monday, November 24, 2014 at Imperial Funeral Home Chapel.
