Donna Marie Grieve, born to Webster D. and Vida A. McKinley on July 4, 1934, in Ness City, Kansas, passed away surrounded by love. The fourth of six children, Donna moved to Pueblo, Colorado, at age 11, where her father established the first stockyards in southeastern Colorado.
A devoted mother and lifelong friend to many, Donna raised her daughter, Susan, as a single parent, working tirelessly in various roles while building a warm and loving home. She later married Jim Grieve, welcoming his three sons, Robert, James, and John, into her family. Donna's generosity and humor left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Her love of sewing, storytelling, and a mischievous dog named Harold brought joy to her family and friends. A compassionate and fun-loving spirit, Donna's greatest joy came from her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she cherished deeply. Her home was filled with warmth, laughter, and memories, from handprints on mirrors to games of hide-and-seek.
Donna will be remembered for her unwavering love, kindness, and the countless lives she touched. She is survived by her sister Sharon K. Arrigo, her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and dear friends who became family. She joins those who preceded her in a life well-lived and filled with love.
