Edith G. Baca, 76 passed away February 23, 2024 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was born August 28, 1947 in Walsenburg, Colorado to Ben and Ella Trujillo. Edith was preceded in death by her daughter Tina L. Montez; parents Ben and Ella Trujillo; brothers Robert, Ronald, and Michael Trujillo; sisters Joyce and Angela Trujillo.
Richard and Edith shared a love for each other for 20 joyful years in Pueblo, Colorado Those happy years were spent enjoying gambling together at various casinos, dancing, and the simplicity of life together which led them to move to Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Edith leaves to cherish her memory her husband Richard Baca; her son Ted Terrones Jr.; her brother Danny Trujillo; her son-in-law John Montez; her granddaughters Amber (Robert) Salazar, Jade (Dez) Terrones-Young, Victoria (Shayla) Montez; great grandchildren Terra and Adam Salazar; numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends that will miss her.
Richard would like to give a special thank you to Victoria and Jeremy Paulos, Patrick Baca, Robert and Amber Salazar, for being there for him during this difficult time.
A memorial service will be held Friday, May 17, 2024 at 11am at St. Francis Xavier Church, 611 Logan Avenue.
