Frances Marie Horvat, 94, passed away Dec 15 2020 in Pueblo, Colorado. Born in Pueblo, Colorado, she was the daughter of Joe and Anna Horvat. She graduated from St. Mary’s Catholic School, worked at The Colo Laundry, and retired from the CF&I Steel Mill.
Frances was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, the ELKS, and the Western Slavonic Lodge #16. She will be remembered for being a loving sister and aunt.
Frances was preceded in passing by her brothers Joe Horvat and Edward “Hiver” Horvat, sister Betty Cozzolino, brother-in-laws Tony Zinno and Pete Cozzolino, and great nephew Donald Armijo.
She is survived by her sister Irene Zinno; nieces and nephews Pat Cozzolino, Pete Cozzolino (Francine), Lynette Zinno, Janelle (Mike) Swift, Tony (Lisa) Zinno, and Cindy Kuyat; great nieces and nephews Rachel Zinno, Tony Zinno Jr., Jake Zinno, Michael Swift, Ryan Swift, Doreen (Rodney) Chandler; and great great nephews Tony Jones and Daryl Jones.
Private services will be held at this time, with a celebration of life at a later date.
