Gertrude F. Pachek passed away peacefully on January 20, 2019. She was born in Westcliff, Colorado moving to Pueblo as a child where she lived into her 80's. Gertrude was a dedicated, long-time employee of 1st National Bank of Pueblo as well as Anderson Carpets. She was a member of the Credit Union Women International and the Slovenian Union of America Branch 3. Gertrude was an active member of St. Patrick's and St. Mary's Catholic Parishes. She was well-loved by the friends that she gathered over many years in Pueblo. Gertrude spent her final years living with family in Wiggins, Colorado. She brought joy and love to so many, teaching us the value of faith, compassion and gratitude. "Aunt Gertie", as she was known by so many, will be missed dearly by her family. Services will be held at St. Mary Help of Christians Church - 307 E. Mesa Ave Pueblo on January 30, 2019. Rosary begins at 9:30 a.m., followed by Mass at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers / plants, donations may be made to St. Mary's Parish.
