Irene Josephine Dehn-Winters, 79, of Pueblo, CO. was born in San Francisco, (San Luis Valley) CO. in 1939. Irene passed peacefully into her Heavenly home on June 6, 2018. She was loved by hundreds of families in our area. Irene dedicated her exemplary career as a Certified Nursing Assistant to providing hospice care before concentrating her efforts tirelessly serving residents at Pueblo Regent Senior Living Community. She worked there for seventeen years until retirement in 2009. Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Telesfor and Esther (Medina) Gallegos; previous husband, John Oscar Dehn; five infant children; brother, Marvin Gallegos; daughter-in-law, Deborah Dehn; brothers-in-law, Ruben Daniel Navarro and Harley C. Winters. She is survived by husband, John D. Winters; son, Johnny E. (Rachel) Dehn; sister, Velma Navarro; brothers, Rupert (Gloria) Gallegos, Moses Gallegos, William (Norma) Gallegos and Roland Gallegos; sister-in-law, Cecilia Gallegos; granddaughters, Hannah and Sarah Dehn; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins as well as extremely close extended family, Wanda and Hal Lynch and Dawn and John Mosher.
